are the perfect way to explore unique pieces, ask questions, and claim treasures
that speak to you.
Plus, we often host giveaways, play games and have a bunch of fun together.

WHEN WE GO LIVE

We go live every Friday night at 7:00pm AEST, alternating weekly between
Instagram and TikTok.

Make sure you're following us on both platforms so you never miss out!
We post regular updates, sneak peeks, and any announcements, including bonus lives or spontaneous sessions where we wrap and pack your gorgeous orders live.

HOW TO SHOP

1. Join the Live on the scheduled platform each week.

2. See something you love? Type the 3-digit claim number (e.g. 425) that we tell you for that item during the live.

3. The first claim we see on our screen gets the item — we always go by our screen's order to keep it fair.

4. After the live, we’ll take a photo of your claimed items and list your invoice online via our website. You’ll find your name and item details under the Live Sale tab in “Live Sale Listings.”
Payment is required within 48 hours of the live sale.

We’re so excited to welcome both our beautiful regulars and new crystal lovers into our live sale space! Our live room is a safe, kind, and inclusive space. Harsh language, negativity, or trolling is not tolerated. We’re here to share the love of crystals, connect, and enjoy the experience together.

How Claiming Works

• All items are individually shown live on camera so you can clearly see and hear the details.
• Each piece is given a 3-digit claim number (e.g. 425) which we’ll say out loud and show on screen.
• To claim, simply type the correct 3-digit number into the chat — that’s it!
• The first person to type the correct number on our screen is the successful winner.
• We always go by our screen to determine claim order, to keep things fair and consistent for everyone.

Please note: Due to differences in internet speed or connection, it may appear like you were first on your screen, but that’s not always the case on ours.
Occasionally, platforms like Instagram or TikTok may block or delay comments, meaning we might not see your claim even if it shows up for you. This is out of our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

OPEN BOXES + SHIPPING

We offer open boxes for your convenience, giving you the freedom to shop with us across multiple live sales and combine your treasures into one shipment.

An open box means you can join our live sales week by week, purchase crystal products as you go, and we’ll hold your items here for you until you're ready to receive them.

The benefit? You can shop regularly without paying for shipping on every order. And because we offer free shipping on orders over $100 (within Australia), you can build up your open box until you either reach the free shipping threshold or simply feel ready to have your package sent out.

Here’s how it works:

• Continue adding to your open box each week during our live sales.
• Once your total reaches $100 or more, you’ll automatically qualify for free shipping.
• Ready to receive your goodies? Just send us a message anytime and we’ll close and ship your box, no need to wait!
• There’s no time limit on how long your box can stay open. Some of our lovely customers keep theirs open for weeks or even months, it’s totally up to you!
